Serviam Institute is a faith-based organization. Our goal is to restore and revitalize the pursuit of virtue and holiness in the lives of the faithful. Grounded in the Tradition of the Catholic Church and Thomistic Psychology, our threefold focus of catechesis, coaching and community aims to help people of all walks discover or rediscover God’s initial plan and design for humanity.

A Systematic Way to Increase Virtue
The Serviam Institute's Virtue-Building Program is a transformative, faith-driven approach to personal and leadership development, rooted in Thomistic psychology and the Catholic tradition. Using our proprietary 4R’s process, we help individuals identify impediments to grace, cultivate the four cardinal virtues—prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance—and integrate them into daily life. Through a blend of Church teaching, the lives of the saints, and practical exercises, participants grow in self-mastery, resilience, and excellence, deepening their confidence in God and living with greater purpose..
